The heart images you see in the Erika Hearts SF poster and card, are photographs compiled from my blog erikaheartssf.blogspot.com. They are mostly hearts found in San Francisco and the Bay Area.
Payment
PayPal is the method of payment.
You do not need a PayPal account to make a payment through PayPal.
Just sign in as a guest and pay with a valid credit card. All orders must be paid at time of purchase.
Shipping
United States
**Prints ship out on Saturdays** once payment clears. Items held for delayed payment will not be shipped until I receive a cleared payment confirmation.
All shipments are sent via USPS with a tracking number. Items are packaged in thick and rigid flat envelopes for protection. Most orders in the US arrive within 2-5 business days. Please wait the maximum delivery time-frame before inquiring about delivery. Shipping rates include handling, postage, tracking number and packaging material.
Unfortunately, we currently do not ship Internationally.
Refunds and Exchanges
We expect that you will love your product when it arrives, however if in the event the postman damages it, we require proof of damage (photograph etc.) within 5 days of receipt of the package and you will be sent a replacement item in the same original time-frame.
Unfortunately we do not provide refunds for change of mind.
